By accessing or using Vertex SEO ("we," "our," or "us") website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

Vertex SEO provides search engine optimization, web development, content marketing, and related digital marketing services. The specific scope of services will be defined in a separate service agreement or statement of work.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to: provide timely access to website and analytics platforms, respond to inquiries within reasonable timeframes, provide accurate information about your business, and not engage in any activity that violates applicable laws.

4. Payment Terms

Fees for services are outlined in your service agreement. Payments are due according to the schedule specified in your agreement. Late payments may result in service suspension.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and deliverables created by Vertex SEO specifically for your campaign remain your property upon full payment. Our methodology, processes, and proprietary tools remain our intellectual property.

6. Limitation of Liability

Vertex SEO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in your service agreement. Upon termination, you will receive a final invoice for services rendered through the termination date.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
